Mrs. Judy Fraser serves as Pendleton's Registrar. Her role includes administering the academic registration and performance records for our students as well as preparing student transcripts for college admissions, the NCAA, and other purposes. 

To request that a transcript be sent from Pendleton to another institution, submit the request in writing - either e-mail - This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or on paper (mailed to the attention of the Registrar at the Pendleton address above) and include the following:

  1. Signature of requestor (unless it's a request in person or otherwise confirmed source)
  2. Dates student attended Pendleton
  3. Whether it's to be an official transcript (stamped and sealed to be opened only by the institution receiving it) or an unofficial transcript
  4. Destination - please include name of institution, name/e-mail address of official to receive it (e.g., coach, admissions administrator, etc.), address of institution, phone and fax numbers
  5. Indicate whether you want it mailed or faxed or e-mailed (if applicable)
  6. Indicate when you want it sent (e.g., immediately or after grade reports are finalized, etc.)
  7. Specify all document(s) to be sent

While it typically takes less time, please allow 1- 2 weeks cushion for the transcript to arrive at its destination (especially if mailing). You are advised to follow up with the destination institution to ensure that your transcript has been received.
